LEUNG Ho-pong
Graduated from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Drama in 2008. During his studies, he won the Spring-Time Outreach Scholarship and the Hongkong Bank Foundation Hong Kong – Mainland Exchange Scholarship.
Recent performance include: Hong Kong Federation of Drama Societies Cost of Living , Windmill Grass Theatre Rent A Human etc.
Leung has participated in many overseas tours, including Tang Shu Wing Theatre Studio's Macbeth Tour of six countries in Eastern Europe and the performance of Artocrite Theater in Edinburgh Art Festival 2017. he is now a part-time tutor (Performance and Creativity) of the Continuing Education Course (Diploma Yi Jin) of Hong Kong Baptist University.
He was awarded Best Leading Actor (Comedy/Farce) at Hong Kong Drama Awards for An Angel Dumped into New CIty, also was nominated for Best Supporting Actor (Comedy / Farce) at Hong Kong Drama Awards for The Sound of Evolution and Rent A Human in 2015 and 2023.
In 2013, he was nominated as Outstanding Actor at the 5th Hong Kong Theatre Libre for his performance in Blasted.
