Po has actively participated in many drama productions and performances. She has received acting training at Bral School of Acting in the UK. She was awarded Best Supporting Actress (Comedy/Farce) for Marvin's Room at the 9th Hong Kong Drama Awards. She was nominated for Best Actress for her performance in Vincent in Brixton at the 1st Hong Kong Theatre Libre, and nominated for Best Supporting Actress (Comedy/Farce) for A Mad World, My Masters at the 18th Hong Kong Drama Awards. She is currently the executive director of Arts' Options, a board member of Theatre Space and iStage, and an assessor of Hong Kong Federation of Drama Societies.
