Lo is the co-founder of Theatre Formula, focusing on playwriting and directing. He graduated from the University of Hong Kong and the School of Drama at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (HKAPA) in 2021.

He was awarded Outstanding Director at HKAPA for his graduation production, Der goldene Drache.The same production earned him nominations for Best Director (Comedy/Farce) at the Hong Kong Drama Awards and Best Director at the Hong Kong Theatre Libre. Additionally, Der goldene Drache was nominated for Performance of the Year at the IATC(HK) Critics Awards.
 
In 2024, Lo won Best Director at the Hong Kong Theatre Libre for The Bucket. He was also nominated for Best Director at the same awards for Leave Him in the Dust and Asagao. That same year, his production of Leave Him in the Dust won Outstanding Production of the Year at the Hong Kong Drama Awards and received 15 award nominations across the Hong Kong Drama Awards, IATC(HK) Critics' Awards, and Hong Kong Theatre Libre, including nominations for script, direction, and acting.

Currently, Lo works as a freelance professional in various roles, such as editing, directing, criticism, and lyrics. He is also a member of the “TableTo-gather” (2023-25) of the On & On Theatre Workshop.
