A freelance theatre worker, Fong Ki-tuen graduated from the Chinese Language and Literature Department at the Chinese University, after which he left for Taiwan. In 2012, he graduated from the Performing Arts Research Class at the School of Theatre Arts, Taipei National University of the Arts, majoring in cross-disciplinary performance, cross-cultural theatre, and theatre aesthetics. 

He founded Heteroglossia in 2013, and is now one of the core members.
