TSE Kwan-ho
Tse Kwan-ho graduated from the School of Drama at The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, where he majored in Acting. He was formerly a principal actor with the Hong Kong Repertory Theatre and a full-time actor with Spring-Time Stage Production. His extensive stage credits include The Marriage of Figaro, Peking Man, King Lear, Shall We Love, To Kill or To Be Killed, The Mad Phoenix, Umbrella Story, A Sentimental Journey, Love in a Fallen City, Secret of Resurrection, The Liaisons, Tonnochy, Our Town, Witness for the Prosecution, The Shadow Box, The Top Restaurant, and Skylight. He also directed Umbrella Story and wrote the play Foul Grass in a Foul Jar.
 
In film and television, he has appeared in numerous productions, including The Miracle Box, 72 Heroes, The Tokyo Trial, Gunshots in the CIB, The Doctors, Everlasting Regret (adapted from Wang Anyi’s novel), The Legend of the Twin Brothers, City of Memory, Mother’s Scheme, Cruel Romance, Nothing Gold Can Stay, The Secret Dragon in the Abyss, Shock Wave 2, Warriors of Future, Drifting, Hong Kong Family, A Guilty Conscience, Table for Six 2, Scholars Under Fire, Cesium Fallout, True Love, for Once in My Life, and Night King. In 2024, he served as both producer and cast member of the ViuTV drama City of Light, and was the creator of the reality programme Be an Acting Star.
 
He won Best Leading Actor at the 34th Golden Horse Awards for The Mad Phoenix, and Best Supporting Actor at the 4th New Era International Film Festival Golden Flowering Awards for A Guilty Conscience.
 
In 2023, he was awarded an Honorary Fellowship by The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. In the same year, he received Best Leading Actor at the 7th Chinese Theatre Awards for The Top Restaurant. In 2025, he won the One Drama Awards’ Best Actor of the Year for the same production, and was honoured with the Artist of the Year Award (Drama) at the 19th Hong Kong Arts Development Awards.
 
In addition to his performing career, he has written columns for newspapers and magazines and has published two essay collections.
 
He has also been invited to serve as an adjunct researcher and guest lecturer at the Academy of Film of Hong Kong Baptist University.
