Artist
CHAU Ka-lun
Chau graduated from the School of Drama at The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (Hons) and previously served as a full-time actor with Chung Ying Theatre Company.
He has received multiple nominations and recognitions, including the 34th Hong Kong Drama Awards for Best Supporting Actor (Tragedy) and (Farce) for his performances in “In a Perfect World” (On & On Theatre Workshop) and “The Robbery Reunion” (Theatre Valley), respectively. He was also nominated for the IATC (HK) Critics Awards – Performer of the Year (2025) for “In a Perfect World”. His earlier accolades include a nomination at the 32nd Hong Kong Drama Awards for Best Supporting Actor (Farce) for “Everybody, Pick It Up” (4Bugssss), and the IATC (HK) Critics Awards – Performer of the Year (2022) for “Hongkongshima” (On & On Theatre Workshop).
Chau’s recent stage appearances include In a “Perfect World” (On & On Theatre Workshop), “The Robbery Reunion” (Theatre Valley), “Parting is Never Easy” (Windmill Grass Theatre), “The Night Sparrows Live On (XXXX)” (Theatre Formula), and “Best Regards” (The WASTED), among others.
In addition to acting, he directed the production “Lake Boat”.
Chau is currently an Artist of Theatre Valley and a member of the theatre collective 4Bugssss.
