LAM Ka-ting
Freelance performer, drama tutor and puppeteer. Lam graduated from the School of Communication of Hong Kong Baptist University with a bachelor's degree in film in 2019.
Intrigued in theatre and physical theatre in recent years, Lam has studied the “Body Brain Institute Intercultural Performance Study Programme” held by The Circus Theatre Group and Professional Physical Theatre Youth Training Advanced Programme(PTI) held by Tang Shuwing Theatre Studio, and various theatre courses. Also she is very interested in puppetry, joined workshops named “A Way of Being In The World” taught by Nancy Rusek.
Lam worked with different companies, recent productions include Tino Sehgal “Trust and Confusion”; Tang Shu-wing Theatre Studio “Detention”; Théâtre de la Feuille “The Happy Poor Guys”(mobile theatre), “Fe+C…Steel?”; Musicus Society “Family Concert: Marco Polo's Musical Encounter of East and West”; Joyful Theatre Puppet Solo “Invisible Wings” and “Unicorn boy”; Lamps theatre “Wish Stone”; The Absolutely Fabulous Theatre Connection Company Limited “Strategy” ,”Rousing the dragon” and “Taming the dragon”.
